R76000 loan payable for 15 yrs

Fnb called yesterday with regards to my complaint, however im not convinced. I took a loan in May 2012 and recieved R76.000 ,now its 2025 ,i have paid over R150.000 and yet im told i still have a balance of R20+ thousand rands and on that balance the is R170.00 that is added monthly .

All in all i am told i will finish paying this loan in 2028 ,i have 30+ months left, meaning in 2028 for a R76.000 i will have paid over R200.000 ,which means the interst is 2 times more than what i recieved .

And in September 2024 i requested for a balance ,and a statement was sent with the balance of R24000 now its may 2025 and my balance is still R20000+
