R750 slow loung access, FNB no benifits

I opened a Platinum account in 2010. When signing up as a professional onto the platinum status I was informed about all the \perks\",one being the slow lounge. In June 2015 I was offered a Private Client account with my own personal banker and simply assumed I had the same \"perks\". Little did I know an email was circulated around the same time that had changed the criteria for these supposed perks. The single email must have slipped through the inbox.
I recently flew overseas and use the Slow Lounge in both CTN and JHB, I then found out I had been charged R250 for CTN (I had one coffee) and R500 in JHB (I was 2 mins and asked for a script to be printed before boarding a plane). Upon finding out the fees I was charged I was told by my \"private banker\" that I had not met the criteria for using the slow lounge free of charge. He sent the following list of criteria to me:
Must have both cheque and credit card accounts of the same status with FNB
That is a minimum total deposit of R32500.00 must be credited into the cheque account.

I have neither a credit card or dep over R32500, so the card is a farce from the start! Watch out for these con artists just ripping clients off!"
