R6000 phone shoc****! Wrong address used...

<p>It turns out that FNB used the wrong address to post the letters that were meant to inform me that my account defaulted. Spoke to a Sonya or Sonja yesterday and she read out an address that was incorrect meaning I didnt get those letters like I had stated before, but FNB doesnt seem to care, They have still added a R6000k that I must pay. I informed them that I am unemployed and my iphone has been ****** as well and asked them to revert my account to the R2000k that I had to pay. I seems as if the bank that I trusted is unfair and inconsiderate. I donot have money, I am not working. I dont understand why I;m being harrassed daily. Please can you reconsider this and remove this R6000!</p>
