R6000 phone shoc****!

I have been an fnb client since forever. I have 2 devices with them, 1 is paid in full. Today I got a call from a lady asking me when I'll pay R6000 I was shocked and baffled but that was confirmed when I logged onto online banking and realised that I now have to pay R8094 instead of the R2094 that I had. I have been unemployed since November and always ensured that I make payment accordingly. I am deeply stressed and frustrated since I dont know where to get this money from. I cannot pay for it, I dont have it. I went into the branch today and they couldnt help me but instead put me through to the smart device division, it appears I defaulted on payment twice. I have not recieved communication from FNB like the lady sugggested, she said mails have been sent to me. I have not recieved them! Shouldnt FNB have exhausted all avenues, try to contact me more passionately. I am lost for words and disappointed at this whole thing more especially because I feel unfairly treated. I only had R2k to finish my account, can I just try and pay it off like I've been trying in my unemployed state. I will take this up further should this matter not be resolved. My bag was ****** las week with my "life" basically, how can I afford to pay for this?
