R55 to unblock online banking

I just locked my FNB online banking profile, because i pressed enter too many times and the password field obviously doesn't clear after entering an incorrect password the first time around.

On the website there are options to reset passwords etc, but you need to have your card present. I don't have my card, because my replacement card is sitting at the branch waiting for me to arrive with a proof of address etc. I don't get any physical statements in this year called 2015 so that's a bit of mission for me.

So i called the helpline, where they basically direct you the reset password option on the website. Or you have the option of speaking to someone telephonically at a charge of R55. R55 to speak to someone to unlock an online banking profile?? That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Ever.

I'm a platinum account holder and expect a better solution to this. With my platinum account at Investec I can call in anytime and be serviced for something so miniscule for free. Nor do i need to find a rates bill to accept delivery of my card.

Could someone please assist in unlocking my profile. I know my login details. And i'm not paying R55 for it.
