13 Oct 2025, 23:29Mr Lebona keeps on saying that the matter is awaiting finalisation since last week. I’ve been very patient enough and feel that they are taking advantage of me. I suggested that they should refund me today or they should give me an overdraft pending the finalisation of the matter. I need the funds urgently as I’ll be graduating on the 15th October 2025 & have saved the money to go buy the graduation gown, etc. I cannot wait for another 5 days. I need the funds urgently

Thank you so much for helping me out. FNB (Mr Tjhane Lebona) called me earlier today and apologised. He promised that the refund will be processed before the end of business today but up to now, the refund hasn’t been made. I desperately need this fund and what I hate is hollow promises made. I’m supposed to go for my graduation tomorrow (15/10/2025) and up to now at this time of the night, I don’t have a graduation gown thanks to FNB and their so-called employee.
