R500 STILL MIA

Had a very urgent call from FNB after writing my review last week, they asked for my son's ID number I gave it to them, the next thing in got an email asking doe my bank statement for February, i sent February and March to Dimpo Koroloso, i have heard nothing from them instead they told me the Account number was incomplete Yet I had used the same account number to make payments towards my child's loan.

I'm still without my R500 instead FNB closed my complaint. They're still sending me from pillar to post BUT to return my funds DOLOLO
