R500 for Slow Lounge visit

I was told I had free Slow lounge visits as a private client by the lady at reception at the slow lounge. After the visit I find out that my Card account was charged R500 for the two visits. I called the call centre as was told abrubtly that because I dont have a credit card, you dont qualify. This is an absolute *******. Last straw FNB Private Clients I am moving banks
