R4400 in bank charges
I am once again deeply flabbergasted by fnb. in 2014 I requested that my account be closed as I had had it with their bad service. but last week when i wanted to draw some cash from the fnb home loan i was told i couldn't because i owed R4 400.00 in bank charges. how crazy is that? who keeps an account open for 2 years unused and it keeps on collecting bank charges. i am now categorized risk 3 because of this and thus unable to draw on the excess amount on my bond. <br> <br> i am disgusted to say the least
