R400 FOR A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT TO BE EMAILED TO ME!!!

I was charged R400 for a statement of account to be EMAILED to me this is absolutely sickening , I have never in my life had to pay R400 for a statement and I want a refund. I've been calling the whole week messaging the the whole of last week and I'm still waiting, and I'm hell mad !!!!!!!!! then I was charged R90 for "not paid items" *** actually my account was already in arrears so you took every other cent plus R490. I want it all reversed.

Your app doesn't show a recent statement and that is why I asked for a statement of account because every person I contacted said they can only see up to where I can see the statement is titled July, but it shows all the transactions from June and no I was not informed about the R400 because if I was I would have told you to shove it.

I've sat on this matter for long enough I want it dealt with
