R400 Engen voucher

I am a big fan of eBucks but I received a R400 Engen voucher in December which was part of probably the worst run promotion I have ever experienced. The voucher is hidden deep inside menus and I had to phone the call centre to find it. Once I found it I have been to 5 different garages which did not have any idea how to input the voucher.

I called to confirm the convenience stores I could use the voucher at (again wasting my time and airtime) and after having to manually go through the list of places to find one relatively near by, I took a drive specifically to that store and they also had no idea about how to redeem the voucher. This resulted in me losing much more in Petrol, Airtime and time than any other promotion while actually never getting anything back for it!
