R3500 charge for "complimentary" access to SLOW Lounge!!

I am a platinum card / premier account holder with FNB. A benefit of the platinum account is a certain number of complimentary visits to the SLOW Lounge. My husband recently had a visa issue and we were stuck in the transit area of OR Tambo for 3 days! I went to the SLOW lounge and asked if they could see if I was allowed access on my account. They checked my card, confirmed I was allowed access and let me in. 3 days in a row. A few days later I received notification that my account was in arrears. I checked and I had been charged R500 x 7 by the SLOW Lounge! I complained to my private banker and was told that apparently there is now a charge for the SLOW Lounge and that I no longer qualify for a premier account due to me not having a salary or logging into my internet banking once a month (which I do). I was never notified of any of this. FNB are also happy to charge me the premier account fee every month even though I don't apparently qualify for the benefits. I escalated my complaint to the complaints department twice and no one has responded regarding this unauthorized charge to my account. I was never advised of the cost, nor was asked for my pin or to sign anything. R3500 is a lot of money to me and I expect FNB to take my complaint seriously. This is surely a contravention of the consumer protection act?
