R3500

This is a formal complain on behalf of my sister She received a debit order ye R3500 from her account with the reference of alphabets ,she went to the bank they said they can't reverse it cuz her card was scanned for that ***** n. She never lost the card she has her card with her.

My problem the bank is supposed to take care of our money instead they can't help when u get ****med how possible. They don't even know where that money went.
