R313 to reverse an error.

I just made an error of sending money to an incorrect Capitec account. I was sending this money to a friend and the payment went through. I only saw after that the account number is incorrect and when I had am chat with the online banker and i was told i would have to complete a form but it would cost me R313 to reverse this payment.

So the point of it all is that I either lose the R200 or pay an additional R313 losing R513 just so that FNB can help me with this crisis? I can reverse from ewallet but not from my account otherwise I'll lose an additional R313, for that costly mistake.
