R300k investment kept by FNB

I have a 7 day notice account with FNB from which I transfer money as needed. FNB has, and again today, refused to give me a short term loan or short term overdraft against the investment to tie me over for the 7 day notice period.
As an emergency emerged I went to the bank to arrange for earlier release of R10k. They simply refused and say that I need to wait seven days before I can get to MY money.
THIS IS DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WAS INFORMED WHEN OPENING THE ACCOUNT THAT SHORTER PERIODS CAN BE DONE SUBJECT TO A FEE, which would be acceptable.
FNB staff simply stated that they refused to help in the situation in any manner whatsoever and that I have to wait the SEVEN days.
If you want to pay for FNB to have your money, beg for your own money and have emergencies ignored or belittled get an FNB account.
HOW DOES FNB HELP YOU??????
THEY DON'T!!!
