R3000 missing after funding my account through app and staff a clueless or dont care.

I paid R3000 on the fund my account link in thrbbanking app. The account is still on R0. It more than 5 days. Nobody at FNB even knows of this functionality, its shocking that the bank staff is clueless of their offerings. I wanted to give FNB another chance, but the service is terrible.

I want to know where my R3000 is?

Please also fix my virtual card section, its been 2 years since I could create a virtual card, it gives me an error, once again the staff are clueless sending you from pillar to post instead of opening a request to resolve the issue, you need to get irritated by explaining over and over and given dumb troubleshooting steps that the same person gives you instead of just listening. Whenever I try opening a virtual card it says error please try again later.

I want answers this morning about my R3000, nobody cares at FNB. its just generic response that customers get fed and they dont even know their own timelines.
