R278000 debt paid 3 years ago and no action taken

FNB how can we help you??? Should rather be FNB how can we #### you. After the recession in 2008 over the next few years I had a flat repossessed R187000 and had two credit cards totalling R100000 handed over and legal action commenced. A judgement was taken out in my name for the full amount. Subsequent to that 3 years ago I settled FNB in full with 2 payments one of R178000 and other of R100000. I received paid in full letters and had my accounts closed. Upon checking my ITC record in February this year I found the judgement still listed. I then emailed [Email Removed] who then rep**** and said the situation is rectified. Now, in October on applying for a new position I have found that still FNB homeloans and card division have not removed my judgement. Absolutely shocking service to say the least. Very quick to lodge judgement and oh not so quick are willing to remove it off when it's been paid in Full!!!!!
