R2000,00 Reversal/Recall

The Risk Management team have asked me to clarify the below in order for them to assist further with the process · How did this error occur, were the funds meant for the recipient or was an incorrect account number utilized ; · What is your relationship with the account holder; · Why was there a delay of a month between payment and noting the error If you would be so kind as to provide me with the answers and I will submit this to the Risk Team for evaluation.

This is the sixth week I recall about the R2000 erroneously paid into the account,it is the damn department that passed this buck into the so called Legal Department.

Please anyone that will respond to this **** must just tell me one thing,.PAYING BACK MY R2000 OR NOT,(NO APOLOGIES/EXPLANATIONS)ANYMORE
