R200 is destroying my relationship with my bank

Still the most innovative bank in SA, still my one and only bank. This time I was left very disappointed after finding out that my bank handed me over to attorneys because I didn't pay the monthly fee for my business account , so they handed me over and closed my account. If I forget to pay my credit card they deduct from my current account, they do the same with my shares account they deduct.

I have been with this bank for over 10 years.

To destroy my name just for Less than R200 is really bad.

I know it's my responsibility but for my bank of many years to do this to me makes me really sad.

Anyway.....
