R200 in fees on a transaction that didn't happen
I need to know why you have charged me R200 for a no funds purchase made on 26 May 2026 when there is no record of any transaction made on the 26th. Such a huge amount is plain ******ion. Please reverse this charge as I cannot afford to lose such a large amount to your insane bank charges.

02 Jun 2026, 10:44Just received notification on the app that the reference number has been closed. If you are not going to refund me the R200 charge please inform me so I can close the account. I cannot afford this. I was R-1 IN DEBIT AND YOU CHARGE ME R200 BECAUSE OF YOUR MONTHLY CHARGES. UNACCEPTABLE
