R2 owed to FNB after 3 years

i had an account with FNB smart device in 2014 and the account was paid in full according to the consultant that was in communication with me then.

3 years later i receive an sms saying that my account has been transferred to Hammond Pole Lawyers that i owe an amount of R27 rand by the lawyers so i thought it was a ***** so i called the FNB Smart device division and was informed that i owe an amount of R2 rand and need to make a deposit of R5 according to the lawyers and according to the fnb consultant need to pay R2 which both individuals are talking two amounts and that FNB was not able to get hold of me , yet i still using the same number the past years , home address or even work email and number has not changed. I am still using FNB as my salary account and they still couldn't get hold of me all these years and they transferred the account to FNB because they where not able to deduct the R2 rand. Am very much disappointing because this might happen once again in the next future. How can one be transferred to lawyers for R2 rand that i was never aware that i am owing . Fnb not reliable as of today and very much inconveniencing me as they customer . I lost trust in them and believe they do not care about their customers .
