R199 courier service charge???

I recently opened a Business Account online with FNB. No problems with the process.

I went into a branch to collect the business card. Today I was charged R199 for a courier service. How can I be charged for a service I did NOT request, nor Did I Receive any deliveries. As stated, I collected the card in person at a branch! I will be contacting the Ombudsman to see about ********** bank charges and take it from there.
