R125 for unpaid item

Last month FNB charged me R125 for unpaid items.. when I asked them what was the money for...they said for unpaid item.. while I made a cash payment a certain shop... when I made the enquiry about it they said I haf no money in my account... I asked them why is it R125 for an item of R150
