R120 Item paid no funds
I am totally shocked as I discovered I was charged R120 for “Items paid no funds” 6 times in Jan and Feb totaling to R720 thus after paying a monthly fee of R199. I want these fees back as I was not consulted and would not have authorized FNB to pay a transaction of R14.99 and then charge R120 for it. I do not have an overdraft and these transactions should not have gone through.
