R115 taken for failed debit order

I have been retrenched and one of my debit orders bounced. Fnb charges me R115 for the failed transaction.

The whole point is I don't have money to pay and you take R115. Do you think that is ethical. That is excessive. And to make matters worse there is money in the savings pocket to cover the debit order which is attached to the savings account.

Now I am not covered for medical aid. Could have gone to a minus and I would have transferred funds. Infact I already have.

Now after R115 I need to call discovery to try sort out the issue which is now my airtime.

That fee is excessive.
