R109 unauthorized debit order from mzansi
There is an unauthorized debit order of R109 on my account from a company called Mzansi. What scares me is that they even have my ID number and I do not know how they got these details. I fail to understand how my back authorizes a debit order without my consent. I have reversed the debit order however my fear is that whom ever these people are will continue from month to month. Reversals reflects badly on my credit rating.
FNB we trust u with our money now how can u go low like this and allow this
