R10000.00 from my account is missing

Absolutely horrible bank. Constantly having problems with this bank. When you complain about them, they just get some people to call you, that's it. You will lose a lot of money through them. This morning I attempted to make a payment. The monies in the sum of R10 000.00 went out from my account, but was not paid into the account I needed it to go in. As a result, I am now out of pocket of R10 000.00 and do not know what has happened to my monies. Absolutely worthless bank where your monies will go missing.
