R1 mysteriously gone missing
I am missing R1 in my e-wallet. I have had R49 sitting in my ewallet for nearly 2 months. Where did the R1 go?

17 May 2024, 09:18Thank you. A lovely agent by the name of Lydia called me and explained why i am left with the R49. She also mentioned that I could have gotten the money out by visiting a participating store like Spar or other shops. I was shocked to find out that one does not need to only rely on an FNB ATM to get an eWallet. This is really good to know and I have shared this with people. Please note that you could include this information on the recepients' sms advising them that they can withdraw not only from the atm, but from stores or pay for groceries usint the eWallet. We as consumers do not know this!
