R1,500 withdrawn from my account

I went to Cavendish Glen shopping centre in Kempton Park on Friday (27/03/2015) night between 19:00 and 19:30 to draw cash from the ATM, I found out that after inserting my bank card I could not key in my PIN as the keypad was not functioning. I canceled the process and re-inserted the card to try again and that's when my card got stuck inside the ATM, I immediately contacted the FNB Lost / ****** card emergency number ***) to inform them that my card is stuck inside the ATM and must be canceled, the guy from FNB I spoke to over the phone was helpful (forgot his name due to panic mode).

I immediately got a reference number (Rv***) sent via SMS on my cellphone for my card cancellation. When I got home I logged on to my FNB online internet banking to check for my balance, I discovered on the statement that an amount R1,500 was withdrawn from my account, I would appreciate some explanation from FNB as to what happened to my money, my R1,500 could not have just vanished into thin air.
