WOW FNB! People are REALLY hating on you. I have seen countless complaints regarding you and your services, especially the COVID 19 relief assistance. So here I am. My Covid 19 Cashflow Relief "account" states that I owe you R3504. Yes, I did apply for this. The available amount is R0. Where can I find proof of which debt this was used for? What was this money used for? I have seen other people complain about this on social media as well. According to the complaints FNB bank cannot explain on which debt this money was spent.
