R 1500 taken from my Credit Card account and no one can tell my why it was taken out of my account????

I need urgent assistance with a debit order that went of: 11 May 2020 SHADOW DDA REFUNDED AS CARD OVERPAID COV -1,500.00. I have been trying since this morning to try and figure out what the hell this was for. I didn't get any notification via email, sms or app that this amount has been taken from my credit card account. I only realized this morning that I have insufficient funds due unpaid accounts costing me R 8.50 x 3 (R25.50) for insufficient funds notifications. I have been trying since 8h00 this morning to get it sorted ASAP, I have been on hold from 09h00 - 10h00 with no luck and cannot wait any longer. The keep referring me back tot he COVID-19 fund to resolve and the COVID-19 fund says they can only help me with my personal loan account. I have more payments going off from my credit card account and need this monies paid back ASAP!!!
