quotation

Me and My partner app**** for home loan with FNB and quotation was given which we accepted. We signed documents with transferring attorneys which include the amount that we suppose to pay if we elect a salary stop order. the documents was completed and the interest rate was different from the one that appears on the quotation. FNB is not will to listen, i spoke to a gentleman called Mohale who is arrogant and not will to listen. the interest rate has increase form the one of quotation. i would like FNB to stick to what we have signed for.
