QuickSale process is flawed - don't use it!

The FNB QuickSale have been a horrible process. The sale of my house went quick and i received an offer within a month because of the estate agent doing her job well, but it is going into the 5th month and no transfer yet. The attorneys Hammond & Pole allocated by FNB do not update the Lexis Tracker and they are the same Attorneys who acts as legal collections and do the transfers which seems like a conflict of interest in line with FICA.... yet my complaint to the bank was answered as it is convenient and aparently makes sense to them to use the same attorneys to represent their clients with the sale of their house and at the same time add legal fees for collections. So the longer the attorneys take, the more legal fees they get to add???? I hope to get this bond transfer done before the half a year mark at least.
