Quick to threaten, slow to respond!

I am under debt review. My monthly installment for debt review was deducted from my account on 28 August. On 3 September, payment was made from Debt Busters to FNB. FNB keeps sending me threatening messages that my credit card account is in arrears and the account will be removed from debt review. I have been on the live chat countless times. With no luck. Debt Busters is saying FNB doesn't respond to their queries. FNB tells me that Debt Busters should contact them. Whilst both companies are waiting for a miracle to contact them, I keep receiving threatening messages from FNB. DO YOUR JOBS. SORT OUT THIS MATTER! STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES!

I have phoned them now to close my account as I am DONE with the struggles. Well done on loosing a customer that has been with you for 12 years!
