quick to take slow to refund

So last weekend debit orders went off on my account from FNB labeled FNB P LOAN053775 (R7599) after going up and down to the branch and trying to phone FNB I managed to make arrangements for a refund last week Tuesday - the call center agent told me it would be 3 -5 working days before the money was refunded - This morning I phoned again and I was told it is now 5 - 7 days before I can get my money back ---- Please can you just refund my money ??>!!!!???!!!
