Quick to take, but not to return your own money

Bitterly disappointed. FNB incorrectly made 2x deductions off my account for an FNB loan repayment. After (painfully) chatting to their loans support desk (after repeated disconnections), I'm told my money will only be returned in 3 to 7 days ! So, their mistake at the end of a month now prevents me making timeously payments on my other accounts. I've been with FNB for many years, but their service is deteriorating rapidly (daily, it seems). Time to switch...to another bank.
