Quick to Take and Slow to Refund

<p>I would like to escalate Complaint number ********** . FNB was very quick to access the funds and call me in order to make an arrangement on account repayment even after I have app**** for Debt Review and I am happy with the arrangements I set up. The advisor Ms Mesina from FNB Personal Loans advised that my funds will be back in my account by 12th April 2017. I called yesterday and was transferred to 6 different departments in 22 minutes trying to get information. Eventually got hold of Ms Mesina who advised she processed the refund and will escalate as to why the funds are not yet reflecting. This was done before 4pm on 12.04.2017. I am still awaiting this call. I have expenses to settle which are now 5 days late due to this unauthorised debit order and I am still waiting. How is FNB HELPING ME in this instance, when I have no electricity at home and no fund to feed my children?????</p> <p> </p> <p>This seems to be the only way to get a response out of FNB - you are a fantastic bank, but when things like this happen, it drops you to the bottom of the pile...MAY I URGENTLY GET ASSISTANCE AND ACCESS TO MY FUNDS TODAY PLEASE???</p>
