Quick Service & Good Attitude

I was dreading to go pick up my new bank card from the bank as it is usually a huge hassle. <br> However I was pleasantly surprised today - as I walked in the Manager asked me what I needed; I then received a ticket number and was told to sit in the area for my number to be called. As I walked to sit, my number was called. Teller 1 was extremely helpful, fast and efficient. I received my card; changed the pin and left the bank within 7 minutes. <br> Well done to the team at this branch.
