Quick sales strikes again with shocking service

further to the complaint I logged in November regarding the really appalling service from FNB to get a property sold via their quick sales. We are now another two months down the road and the property has still not been submitted for transfer - both the seller and I as the buyer have done everything. But again we are waiting on fnb to approve the electrician’s quote so an electrical certificate can be issue. We are not talking millions less than R2000. It is actually disgusting and disgraceful that fnb can take so long - this sale started mid September 2020 and we are nowhere near closing!!! Can someone please get off their bums and just get this done!!
