I would like to say thank you to everyone at FNB who helped me resolved my issue and special thanks to Anjelique Feldman, There was card ***** on my account and as I am based overseas, it was a huge initial hurdle to get through, hence I did write 1 star review previously. Response from FNB since then was extremely quick in resolving my issues. I received my new card today overseas, even thou I was not expecting it for 20 working days. I am still awaiting for the ********** transactions to be reversed, however my trust in FNB has been restored and I have no doubt that this will be resolved in due time as well.
