Quick and efficient service by Thami

I went to the Chatsworth centre FNB branch to enquire about a loan and possibly consolidate all my accounts. Thami completed my application in under 10min and this was done with ease and humility. The application was pre-approved and i was told that there will be a sms sent to me either approving or rejecting my app. I then walked out and was only a few steps away from the enterance of the bank when i got an sms telling my that my application was approved and the money was in my account. Excellent sevice FNB. Total time spent was under 15min to the point of the money being deposited in my account. I have never experienced faster sevice in my 20yrs of banking with the other banks. WELL DONE!!!
