Quick and efficient response

<p>I would like to thank Thandeka Nozibele for her speedy response and advise when I was struggling to do an online transaction. She tried to contac me telephonically, when she couldn't get hold of me. She sent me an e-mail with all the steps I needed to solve my problem.
