Queues with one teller

I am not one to complain about FNB, but there are more thank 12 or 13 people waiting in queue for longer than half an hour. There is only one teller open for general deposits and even though MULTIPLE people are complaining, nothing is being done. I am still in this line. Come now FNB, you need to sort this branch out.
