Questionable ***** case decisions
I complained about the handling of my ***** case with the bank but instead they are offering me half the money of what I was de*****ed, stating that according to their investigation the bank employees had nothing to do with the ********** transaction. How is that possible?

10 Dec 2020, 06:30First National Bank seems to be playing hide and seek when it comes to resolving my ***** case with them. Since the 4th of December 2020, after complaining on Hellopeter, First National Bank has been sending me emails every day that a consultant will contact me but till today, 10th of December 2020, I have not heard anything from them. Now I ask myself whether my matter with them will ever be resolved.
