Questionable FNB connect Consultants

So i call FNB connect yesterday the 22nd of July. With a few enquirers on my connect account, i get through to Fortunate Mcunu, who confirms all the security details they normally confirm, then she wants to Confirm my employers details and accounts i have with FNB. That really disturbs me as i am under the impression that my FNB connect has nothing to do with my Banking things. Ive had a problem like this before and i was told that fnb connect consultants dont have to ask anything thats Bank related, another consultant Amie Gan also says they have to confirm that. Can someone please clear this out for me or give proper training to this consultants. As i feel this confusion is really unacceptable i cant be calling FNB connect and i am required to confirm my banking transactions and account numbers and all those. While speaking to Fortunate I request to speak to a team leader, she puts me on hold for close to 20minutes and comes back to tell me theres no team leader on the floor, like really now. To top it all as i speak to another consultant i am told there is team leader available and theres NO Fortunate Mcunu on the floor but theres Fortunate Ramatapana. Why would Fortunate fail to be honest regarding the team leader being available and her last name? Why is Fnb connect consultant failing to act with honesty and integrity?
