Questionable consultant chooses to punish me by terminating my accounts

Consultant decided he was going to delete my profile because I questioned the service he was giving to me.

His service was very questionable, so he resort to legalities that are also questionable, but in the end, I had to lose my profile, which in all fairness, was a move I can live with, however, I need answers as to what is going to happen to the money I have in my accounts and the credit I have at the bank. I called the bank all day today but everyone keeps saying I should wait for this consultant to call me, though I tell them the guy never bothered calling me. He doesn’t call as if the money he uses over the phone is deducted from his own salary.
