Query not Resolved!

A caring customer agent from FNB called me to find out about this situation. My query of the 26/11/2019 is not yet being resolved. It is only the 2nd, my account has R2. FNB has not yet reversed the money they deducted from my account. Their slogan says How can we help you. They are just acting. They deserve an oscar. Debt counselors deducted money and they also deducted money. How must i survive this whole month? They did this the previous months and they are doing this again. They will keep on doing this forever and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Reviewer Update
Good day
This is the response i got from FNB employee Cherelle Smith.

Dear Ms Moeng,

We acknowledge receipt of the complaint noted below for ease of reference.

Kindly note in terms of the debt review process debit orders are not automatically cancelled.

A special power of attorney is required from your appointed debt counsellor to cancel your FNB debit orders from collecting, which we have not received.

Attached hereto is a copy of the special power of attorney document that is required to be completed by yourself or your debt counsellor.

Only upon receipt of the completed document can we cancel the FNB debit orders.

Trust you find the above in order.

Should you have any debt review related queries please contact the FirstRand Debt Review Centre on the details noted below:

I called my debt counselors SA credit assessors to inform them about what the email is saying. They told me that they have resent the power of attorney on the 26th of November 2019 and requested FNB to refund me. I called cherelle Smith back to inform her. But i couldn't find her. I spoke to Natalia. I informed her that SA Credit assessors told me that they have resent the power of attorney and requested FNB to refund me on the 26th November 2019. Natalia said that SA credit assessors sent those requests but not in the required format. What surprises me is that why didn't they advise credit assessors to send in the correct format. They don't want to help me so they keep coming up with excuses not to help me. They were also rude to me. I have call records to prove how rude they were. They don't care.

I still need to travelmto work, buy groceries, buy electricity. How am i going to do that if they don't want to reverse the debit order they deducted which they were not supposed to deduct in the first place? To them its it's just a fun game.
