Query ***NF remains unresolved for weeks while my FNB credit card has become unreliable and therefore useless

Query ***NF remains unresolved for weeks while my credit card has become unreliable and therefore useless. All I really want to know is whether recent problems with my credit card will affect IN PERSON purchases with the credit card inside shops in hotels. I am not interested in cellphone banking but in October received an error message on my phone that FNB unilaterally put a cellphone banking limit on my accounts "to protect me". Utter nonsense which I never asked for after 30 years of using this card on which I actually deposit money instead of owing it. Since October the OTP delivery has now become unreliable. Sometimes I receive the OTP and sometimes I do not. I cannot even work on my profile on an ATM because it now requires an OTP which never comes. But all of that is no problem, I just want to use the credit card IN PERSON like I have done for 30 years, but it must be reliable or I will change banks. Query ***NF was classified as "urgent priority" but nothing is done for weeks, I only got an automated reply about cell-phone banking steps which I did not ask for. My query remains unanswered after several attempts. I am angry and disappointed in FNB who used to be reliable until October 2023. LIKE MY PROFILE SAYS DO NOT CALL ME, WRITE TO ME!
