Queries on account problems

FNB is great if you do everthing yourself but beware if you have to secure chat or phone the call centre. Normally when you find the need to call a bank its not a simple problem. Every time when you explain after waiting 10min and the agent dont understand they simply cut you off or they put you on hold without saying anything. 5min dead silence. After going through this horrible process you end up going to the branch anyway. In this covid 19 times its a nightmare. Thus I have come to a conclusion that the staff has no idea what they are doing and they dont understand basic English. I am also in the process of applying for a home loan but I dont trust the corporate culture. I hear Nedbank is great in business banking. I might consider moving all personal and business accounts to another bank plus not place the home loans there either. Also my wife business too. If someone does not help me this will happen.
