QUERIES NOT RESOLVED

I have had no joy dealing with the FRB debt review centre, I sent a query last month to dispute an outstanding balance on my cheque account which I did not know about, it is a month later and I have had no feedback from anyone. I have made numerous phone calls requesting feedback and the same story everytime "the matter is being escalated" today called in again and the agent advised "the matter is being escalated" ... I have also settled all my accounts with FNB but still fighting with them daily to get paid up letters due to incorrect allocations on their end. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I hope someone has the decency to resolve my queries.
